What We Do

Ground maintenance, handled year-round

For homeowners and small properties across Philadelphia. Every service starts with a free estimate — send your address and a photo of the yard, and we'll price it straight.

Mowing, edging & trimming

The weekly or biweekly cut that keeps the whole property looking sharp. Crisp edges along the sidewalk and driveway, trimming around beds and fences, and everything blown clean before we leave.

Seasonal cleanups

Spring and fall cleanups that reset the yard: leaves, sticks, and debris cleared from lawns, beds, driveways, and sidewalks — bagged and hauled away, not left at the curb for you.

Aeration & overseeding

Fall is the window. We pull core plugs so air and water reach the roots, then lay fresh seed so next spring's lawn comes in thicker and greener — the best money you can spend on a tired yard.

Small properties & rentals

Landlords and small-property owners: one call keeps your lots and rentals presentable between tenants and through the season. Reliable scheduling, fair prices, photos on request.

From the Crew

Your grass is talking. Here's what it's saying.

TIP 01

Clumps and patches?

Growing in clumps and looking patchy usually means it's being cut too short — or the mower blade is dull. A sharp blade and a slightly higher cut will change how the whole lawn looks.

TIP 02

Brown spots in the green?

Brown spots in the middle of a green lawn are usually a watering problem, not a dying lawn. Water deep and less often, early in the morning, and let the roots chase the moisture down.

TIP 03

Weeds along the sidewalk?

Weeds crowding the sidewalk edge means nobody's edging — and edging is half of a clean-looking yard. A clean edge line makes the whole property look maintained.

Questions

Before you book

How much does it cost?

Fall packages run $75–$175 per leaf-cleanup visit, $120–$250 for aeration and overseeding, and $180–$350 for the full package — final price depends on yard size. The estimate tool above gives you a range by yard size, and your confirmed price is always quoted free, on the spot, before any work starts.

How do estimates work?

Call or text (267) 281-3178 with your address and a photo of the yard, or use the booking form above — it builds a text or email with everything we need. Estimates are free and there's zero pressure either way.

What areas do you serve?

Philadelphia and nearby neighborhoods. If you're just outside the city, text us your address — if we can get to you reliably, we will.

How many leaf cleanups do I need?

Most yards need 2–3 cleanups across the fall. One visit handles what's down now; two or three keeps the lawn clear through the last leaf drop so grass isn't smothered over winter.

Can I set up regular mowing?

Yes — weekly or every two weeks through the season, with edging and trimming included on every visit. Use the "Recurring mowing" tab in the booking form for a monthly estimate, and we'll confirm your day.

Ready when you are.
